these are the streets you come from
this is the home you grew in
corroded by vice and chaos
condemned, demolished by violence
its seems your mouth is sewn shut
it seems your feet are frozen
its seems your fists are unclenched
it seems cowardice owns you
taking pride in the plight of your town
bragging of its harshness
you reek of shame and have no spine
and wear the skin of weakness
stand beside your fellow man, watch over your neighbors
stand against the criminal class, maintain a constant vigil
dont let hatred crush the streets, dont let violence drown them
dont let injustice stand at all, always on the block watch
I have to say that when it comes to hardcore I'm not the biggest fan of beatdown. But with that being said I fucking love this EP from start to finish. I happened to stumble upon the video for "SOS" and had to hear more. I found "Extinguished" and knew I had to buy it. The rage, discontent, and self-empowerment that bleeds out of every track is amazing. This is hardcore. ransik187
Hooky, riff-tastic prog-death that has all the intensity of genre greats without sounding like a copycat of anyone in particular. Incredible bang for the (literal) buck! Kenstrosity
